  1. The customer places his order by phone, or electronically, from the store of his choice
  2. The store sends to the customer a receipt of his order (receipt of payment or sms order confirmation).
  3. The customer sends a message to 13033 with the code 2. It should be noted that in case of relevant control by the Authorities the customer should showcase the message to 13033 together with the message or the receipt he has received from the purchasing store.
  4. The customer can enter to Fashion City Outlet from the 2 entrances (Main Entrance and BAZAAR Super Market Entrance) that will be open especially for the Click Away service.
  5. Upon entry, the customer displays the message received from the store (or the purchase receipt), in order to be allowed to enter into Fashion City Outlet.
  6. The customer is directed EXCLUSIVELY to the store (or stores) where he has placed the order/orders.



The service is available daily, from Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 until 19:00

Open also on the Sundays on December 20th and December 27th , from 11:00 to 19:00

Especially for the Media Markt store the operation hours will be from Monday to Saturday: from 09:00 to 20:00 and on Sundays 20 & 27/12 from 10:00 to 18:00

Your order will be received at the entrance of each store of Fashion City Outlet and more specifically, in the specially reserved space that will be developed in front (and outside) of the Entrance of each store (not inside the store).

Each store will inform you based on its procedures for the date and time of receipt of your order.

  1. What do I need to have with me to receive my order?

In order to receive your order, it is necessary to identify/prove your order details and for this reason, please have with you the relevant receipt of your order, as sent to you by the store.

  1. What if there is a queue at the store for collection?

During the waiting period upon receipt of your order, please keep all the appropriate protection measures (distance of 2 meters, protective mask, etc.)

  1. Can I order by phone?

Each store will inform you based on its procedures for the possible ways of placing your order.

  1. What if I have orders from more than 1 store?

Please note that in case you have made purchases from more than one store of Fashion City Outlet, you will receive each one of your orders from the respective Store. The receipt of each of your orders will take place at the entrance of each store (in the space in front -and outside- of the entrance of the store).

  1. Am I allowed to take a walk in the Discount Center?

Following the decisions of the Greek government authorities, in the framework of measures taken to limit the spread of COVID-19, the restaurants and retail stores are not fully operational and are currently in suspension of their full operation, until further notice. The store that is remaining open for customers -and to which access is allowed- is the Super Market BAZAAR Cash & Carry.

  1. I received my order, but I would like to change / return it. How can this be done?

For any change / return of the order you should contact directly with the store from which you made your purchase.
